LEVELING KIT INSTALLATION TRANSCRIPTION

Hey what’s going on guys… This is Wade Wyman here. Today, we are going to be installing the 2012 Chevy HD Leveling Kit from Supreme Suspensions.

To install this kit you’re going to need a 30 millimeter, a 24 millimeter, and a 21 millimeter socket and a half-inch drive ratchet.

The 30 mm Socket will go on this bolt right here, which is going to take the tension on and off your Torsion Keys. Your 24 mm socket is going to go onto your U-bolt nuts and tighten that down to the chassis of the truck.

First, you take this U-bolt and put it over the cross member right here, just like that.

Next step, take your 24 mm Socket and tighten down your torsion removal key.

After that you’re going to want to tighten down this bolt right here, which is going to take the tension off of your stock torsion keys.

Next step is to remove this bolt right here and the block.

Now, you’re going to want to loosen this bolt right here, which is going to take the tension and unload your torsion bars.

You’re going to remove this tool to take your key out.

After that slide the Torsion Bar forward to drop the key, take your new key and slip it up into place.  Now, you are going to reassemble the tool right here.

This next part is a two part step… You want to tighten this bolt to set the tension on your torsion bar and torsion keys so you can slide your block back in. Then once you get the block in you’re going to want to set the bolt.

Finally, after you tighten this bolt right here you’re going to remove the key.

Now we have a Supreme Suspensions 3-inch lift.
