Please check your current suspension setup before placing an order. This kit includes Square Bend 9/16 U-Bolts (10" Long & 2.5" Wide), which will NOT fit vehicles with rear round bend U-Bolts suspension setup.
Our Max-Torsion Key Lift Kits are engineered with twice the strength of the factory system and precision indexed to lift your truck without sacrificing ride quality. This kit replaces your factory torsion key and is precision indexed to lift and level your front end any amount from 1" to 3".
For lifting the rear end of you Van we included our NEW US Patent Pending 3-Bend Single Weld 1.5" and 2" Rear Lift Blocks, precision machined from ONE 1/4" thick plate of Steel, 3 times bend and precision welded using heavy-duty GMAW seam and fillet welding processes to ensure maximum strength and a lifetime of dependability under even the most extreme riding conditions. Our Heavy Duty Steel rear blocks are constructed with one Reinforced 9/16th Center Pin to ensure stability, perfect fitment and easy installation. These blocks can withstand an astonishing load of almost 60,000 lbs with no yielding or deformation observed!
Our extended U-bolts rise to expectation by being ISO 9001 certified and stamped and exceed current standards in the auto industry. Supreme Suspensions High-Strength Steel U-Bolts are bent & threaded to exact specifications, and finished with an Electrostatic Powder Coating to ensure the maximum level of protection and corrosion resistance. Especially engineered for off-road and heavy duty applications, these U-bolts will restore the clamping force on your spring assembly, maximizing safety and ensuring that you get the most out of your rear lift.
We completed this kit with our High-Strength Steel Shock Extenders designed to reduce over-extension of your factory shock piston, refining the performance of your lifted ride and eliminating the need to purchase aftermarket extended shocks.
NOTES: Front torsion keys are adjustable anywhere from 1" to 2.5". A torsion bar puller (can be rented at most chain auto stores), or 5 ton gear puller is required for install. We also offer this tool with our kits in our other listings.
An alignment is always recommended after altering the height of your vehicle.
