Included in this kit is our newly designed set of Forged Flat-Top U-Bolts, ISO 9001 certified and stamped to satisfy the highest quality control standards. Forging process condenses metal grain structures, significantly increasing tensile strength, while the flat top design increases contact mating area with leaf springs, providing 10 times more clamping force compared to traditional U-Bolts. These U-bolts offer maximum safety by restoring the necessary clamping force on your spring assembly, eliminate flexing of the leaf spring packs and provide the desired spring stiffness for your vehicle.
Our perch lift kits also include our specially designed brake line relocation brackets to prevent brake hose hyper-extension during suspension articulation and two bump stop spacers to ensure correct bump stop clearance and prevent suspension from bottoming out.
